Shipping Policy

 All Deliveries Require Adult Signature unless PRIOR arrangements are made. Once the package is shipped, it will require a signature for receipt.
 We always attempt to ship items in the best possible way. If you require alternative shipping methods, this must be made prior to the item being shipped.
 Any change in shipping, if possible, after shipping has occurred, may require additional fees imposed by the shipping company. These fees will be the responsibility
 of the recipient
.
 

Return, Exchange, Cancellation Policy

All returns must be within 7 days of receipt and are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.  All returns must be in original box, not broken or have been installed, no exceptions.

All exchanges require prior authorization and Return Authorization Number.

There are no refunds on shipping, crating, insurance and processing fees.

Custom orders are not eligible for cancellations / refunds / returns.

Order cancellations after order date are subject to a minimum 6% processing fee.  If the item is in production, the 25% restocking fee will be applied.

We adopt the Policy of the Manufacturer. Each Manufacturer has their own guidelines. Please read these
 carefully, it is never our intention to sell you something you do not like once received and then when
 you wish to return it, discover the return policies. This is why we publish them here to alleviate all questions.

3 Years Against Manufacturer Defects

If Factory Match does not match,or if piece/s do not fit, a photo is required to show existing problem/s. Piece/s that do not fit properly will be replaced or an RMA will be issued for the kit.
A Factory match that does not
match will be dealt with on a case by case bases. Please note, You will receive only the pieces designated in the schematic that come with the kit purchased.

Current Model Year & Standard Finishes Only. All non standard
finishes cannot be returned. Within 7 (Seven) days of receipt.
